Shipping policy
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Shipping time is in addition to order processing time. In cases of high volume orders coming in, processing may take up to 10 business days. Carriers are also experiencing severe delays due to Covid-19 and high shipping volumes.
If your order is returned to sender for an incomplete address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it sent out again. Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order. You may send an email to have your address corrected and if your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to correct it for you.
If for some reason your package is not delivered please first follow up with your local postal service.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use our priority shipping service that will include shipping insurance through the carrier service in the event a package is lost. You also have the option of purchasing Route insurance at checkout for additional coverage.
